What personal data passes through Lajvard, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect
- Messages people send to an agency that uses Lajvard on WhatsApp, and on Messenger, Instagram, Telegram or LINE if the agency connects them: the sender’s name, number or account ID, and the messages and files.
- The names, emails and roles of each agency’s team.
- What you type into Book a demo.
This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers.
How we use it
Only to run Lajvard for the agency the data belongs to: to answer its buyers and keep its client records. The agency decides how its clients’ data is used, and we act on its behalf.
We never sell data, never use it for ads, and never use it to train AI. Replies are written with Anthropic’s Claude, whose terms do not allow training on them either.
Who we share it with
Only the services Lajvard runs on, each with only what it needs: Meta and the other messaging apps, Anthropic, and our hosting and email providers. Anyone else only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as the agency uses Lajvard. When an agency leaves or disconnects an account, we delete that data within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, copy or delete your data, under Türkiye’s KVKK, the GDPR and the laws where you live. Ask the agency you wrote to, or email tutarmahmudesad@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days. To delete your data, see Data deletion.
