The terms for every agency that uses Lajvard, alongside the written agreement that sets its plan. Where they differ, the agreement wins.
Who we are

The service
Lajvard answers your buyers, keeps your clients in Lajvard Studio and gives your team Liman. It is for businesses only. Your plan and fees are agreed in writing before you start.
Your accounts and data
You connect your own WhatsApp Business account and follow Meta’s rules: message only people who wrote to you or agreed to hear from you. Meta bills its own message fees to you, directly.
Your clients and records stay yours. You may export them at any time, and we handle them as our Privacy policy says.
The assistant
It answers under your agency’s name and says it is your AI assistant when asked. It can make mistakes, so keep your listings and prices current. Payments, legal questions and complaints go to your team.
Fair use
No spam, nothing misleading or unlawful, and no attempts to reach another agency’s data or break the service. We may pause an account that does any of these, and we tell you why.
Ending
A monthly plan stops when you say. A yearly plan runs for its year. After it ends you have 30 days to export, then your data is deleted.
Liability and law
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Turkish law applies, and the courts of Kocaeli settle any dispute.
